Generous PTO
Salaried employees enjoy unlimited PTO to be used responsibly, and hourly employees start accruing 15 PTO days per year (with more days added annually). In addition, you’ll enjoy 8 paid holidays each year.

Paid Parental Leave

Our Candidacy Process
Each hiring team is given the flexibility to run things the way that makes the most sense for them, but our process generally consists of the following steps:

In-depth Interview
Team Interview
Offer of Employment
Once we confirm that your application is a match for the role we’re hiring for, you’ll jump on a short preliminary phone call with one of our recruiters or a hiring manager.
The next step is a more in-depth video interview with the hiring manager or team who’ll be interested to know more about you, your experience, and what you plan to bring to the Beyond team.
After chatting with the hiring manager or team, some more of your future teammates will be eager to meet you through one or two more video calls.
Finally, if the folks you’ve chatted with agree you’re the right person for the job, we’ll extend an offer of employment!
